My 23 falls square in the date range and HIS has been I operable for 3 years. I just installed a battery into the inverter because I was planning on getting rid of the truck. I will get the update and report back.

I was vocal on that thread and have not been contacted by ford but have been working with my own attorney on resolutions. It’s a long drawn out process and I’d be happy to cease it should ford come to the table and be forthrite but they aren’t (as you can imagine). So the conversations continues.

@Ford Motor Company stays particularly silent on this topic, if you haven’t noticed already. It’s easier to side step it and ignore than help early adopters out that actually added value to the company but will probably never again be first in line for their new half baked ideas.

@Ford Motor Company Would ford be willing to make things right by paying to swap the HIS for a system that does function correctly, like a sigenergy system?

I would also like to be in the line for a refund. “Continuing to work” on something that’s been out for nearly 4 years now is not excusable.
