Yes I agree. Problem is that I purchased through ford accessories site so I couldn’t hold money back and the dealer said it’s correct. Hence I need good pictures. I’m pissed to put it mildly but need the proper info to fight back.

Add another vote for the x4s. If you truly want help, I think you should list your budget and priorities. Example I was dead set on hard cover for security, no drain plugs, mostly weather proof and reasonably easy to take off. Budget was around 1k. I’m happy with my choice after narrowing it...

although you haven’t provided enough details I’m guessing you are using a port that is used for CarPlay (data) hence the warning.

I had similar decisions to make. You may wanna take a look at the Leer. I ended up going with the x4s hard roll up instead.
