I'm actually not looking to do a touchup but to paint some hubcaps and maybe some other plastic trim parts. Still undecided on those but definitely the hubcaps.

I was wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a color match paint for stone gray. I have tried googling this, but everywhere online that advertises having stone gray, for their color sample shown it is a gray that looks close to iconic silver not the brown hue of stone gray. On ebay...

I went 265 to 285 and there is a notable difference there.

I'm surprised 12.5 fits with stock wheels. Can you share a picture of the upper A arm clearances?

I actually had a set of method wheels 17" +25 offset, I'm not a fan of low profile tires. I ended up testing with a spacer of the same size and that was making the clearances to close for my liking and I would have needed at least a 1" level so I ended up returning them.

Good idea, wish I had thought to do that.

I'm not sure if I am nitpicking and this is the first time I have had steel wheels with this type of crimp on weight, but is this normal? I had some paint damage during a tire install. It looks like either the wheels were damaged when new weights were installed or when old weights were removed...

Some people on here are reporting rubbing with 295 and others not; but, I wouldn't do anything wider than 285 with the stock +44 offset. I just threw some on and there is about half an inch of clearance at the upper A arm.

There is about 1" between the front and back crash bar and about half an inch between the upper A arm attachment. I can just fit my index finger in between the A arm and the tire.

I was looking for this exact combination but was not able to find anyone running it so I figure I would post this here and hopefully help someone out. Everything is stock on the vehicle and there is no rubbing of any kind. I'll post below some close ups of the front suspension at full lock.

There we go! 285/75R17 on stock wheels fits pretty well. Plenty of space in the front and plenty of space in the back. I took some pictures at full lock and there is more than an inch of clearance both ways. I've also tried this out in my field. I have not quite hit full articulation yet but...
