If it's only 10-15 minutes, you can use climate button from the app. It allows you to set climate for up to 2 15 periods.

APS rates, as advertised on their site are all in, include all the fees. It does not include charging losses. I think about 10%. I also get EV SmartCharge Monthly credit of $5.00 per EV. Weekends and holidays use Off-Peak rates.

No. It's true regardless of your capacity. ChargePoint app is limited to a single charger. To run 2 ChargePoint chargers you need to use 2 separate phones.

If you think that you will ever need 2 chargers, ChargePoint is not a good choice, since its app only works with a single charger. I would recommend Wallbox Pulsar Plus and Tesla Universal Wall Connector instead.
