It’s amazing they take advantage of people, especially a senior. This is why people go to independent garages for services, the dealerships have such a bad rap. But in all honesty this my first Ford ever, have owned several other makes and can’t recall ever having this poor of an experience.
Yup. I was just being sarcastic on the brakes. But it was the upsell that really pissed me off with a blatant lie. Poor experience no the less. Love the truck but feel like I’m missing out on some features without the app.

Reached out to FordPass support they tell me the dealership needs to resolve the issue, nothing they can do. Dealership has no clue on how to fix it. Tried several different phones no luck.
Took delivery of my 23 in March. Still no solution for FordPass app. Been to the dealer a dozen times and they haven’t been able to fix. I’m at my wits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the message I get in the photo. Dealer reassured me the vehicle is not in deliver mode.
