What psi is it filled to? Changed to Michelins after the stockers also got a nail and noticed a drop in m/kw. It was inflated to 36 as per door sticker. Drove for 300 miles and noticed 2.0 on highway to 1.7. Had discount pump it to 45 and it's back to 2.0.
I got the free one year and it'll expire Dec 2027. I took it since it's free but will switch to Comma 4 as BC requires the telematics to be active and the more data they collect, the less comfortable I feel.
I think y'all are correct with the sonic shockwave triggering the parking sensor cameras. Makes sense as we did feel the shockwave in the truck.
Thanks y'all!!
That's what I was thinking hence this thread. Got me a little worried where a close lightning strike can cause such anomalies. Wouldn't want to wake up one day after a thunderstorm to a dead truck.
True... wife wants a new RX. After reading what Toyota is up to, she's leaning more toward an older one. I am regretting I sold my Gen 2 Sport Trac V8.
The dealership I bought it from was nice enough not to charge me to replace the 12V prior to delivery though it's not a guarantee it won't puke on me at a moments notice.
I don't do wireless AA. I have a VPN running filtering out spam and ads so I have to go hardwired. Sorry, I should have mentioned that earlier too. I'm a bit on the old school paranoia type (doing network security in the past didn't help) so wireless is fine except when it is not (POE camera...
So yesterday driving on Beltway 8 north side (H town peeps would know what I'm talking about), I got caught in a really bad rain and lightning storm. A few hit 0.1 miles from the truck (wife was looking at interactive weather map) and each time the center screen went from Android Auto to...
Oh wow, that's new? I've only taken ownership in less than a month (already put 2000 miles on it!) so I'm getting to know the app and the truck. If you know more but can't share, that's understandable. As long as this community has someone helping us move forward with tweaks, it is very...
Newbie here and I have a question why Ford implemented the on board power and the app. The app says I need to have the truck on to turn the on board power on. This is rather annoying as if I'm on a site where power is needed and it shuts off after idle, I would have to go back to the truck to...
Well here's a comparison between the Volvo cable and the Ford cable.
I think flyct might be right in the Ford mobile charger runs double duty so it's limited. I get a solid 9kw with the Volvo charger.
Just ordered a wall unit to install so I don't have to mess with these cables back and forth...
I went outside and unplugged the charger and plugged it back in (the good ol' "Have you tried to turn it off and on" debugging tool). Now it shows what you mentioned. It's at 3kW bouncing between that and 5.9. The sun is setting here in Houston area and it's getting cooler so I'll monitor it...
