I put 1" thick foam sheet on the inside of the garage doors. Works like a charm, hides all bolts and metal stuff

So the coolant tray is sealed and coolant flows in it and it is physically glued to the module and heat transfer occurs thru that. Makes sense thanks everyday I learn a new thing.

Does the coolant not flow outside the sealed modules as they use a glue to stick the modules to a coolant plate.

Damm never thought like that. Yes, right now there are techs who have opened shops who fix Tesla's for a fraction of what Tesla wants as they have devised a system to open, repair and seal battery packs. And changing packs will be like a new engine - hope this becomes a commodity process.
