I live in Indiana and just got my new license plates for my lightning. Indiana charges a $230 EV supplemental tax because EV owners do not pay fuel tax at the pump…. Is that common tax for other states as well?

I put the same ones on my lightning and the holes do not line up with all the screws since the lightning is slightly different inside the wheel wells. I chose to add a couple extra holes in the flares to use all the screws so they would be a tight fit to the body
