This isn't just a Ford thing, this is a regulatory thing. More and more companies are having to cut this off because of security vulnerabilities.

So you see a direct correlation to your connectivity with Blue Cruise? That's something that doesn't seem to be affected when I have problems... I will say it takes longer for the Blue Cruise activation to take affect when I'm having issues, but it still activates...

I'm still having multiple issues often of missing connectivity. Nothing for sure fixes it, 12v reset or fuse pull don't fix it when I have the issue.
I think I need a modem replacement, but am out of warranty (looks like you are too, which is why I asked about cost)
