I use CarScanner. It has both free and paid options. Mine is paid, but the free version should get you the data you want to see.

One of the nicest changes in the 1.4 BC is the Eyes Forward nagging seems to less abrupt and gives you more time to adjust the radio or AC.

Hmm, now that you mention it I haven't had this issue with my CarPlay audio in at least a few weeks. Fingers crossed it's fixed!
