    how do you keep in touch with extended family? I don't think I've seen a meetup in the albany area in a while, but I have seen a bunch more lightnings driving around the past couple months.

    I prefer 1PD. The wife however.... hates 1PD. I work from home 50% of the time, so on days I'm not using it, she drives it to work. (Thus it runs almost exactly 50% in 1PD mode).

    Funny you should ask. My rear brakes were down to 2mm. I had to replace the pads a couple weeks ago. I'm going to replace the front pads in the next couple weeks just because.

    Whelp, I did it. And I put it on video, because as far as I can tell... there's no other YouTube videos of a CV axel replacement for the Lightning, an I might as well let others learn from my adventure, warts and all. Please enjoy.

    The tire guys informed me my passenger front CV axel is on it's way out. Leaking some grease. I can hear it starting to go to as I drive.     Correct. No luck with the cover replacement. I was directed to bring it into the dealership by ford parts.

  12. Anybody know where I can get a used charge port door?

    Door was not latched properly and the car-wash ripped the cover off. Found the part number, but ford wants $368 for that piece of plastic. Ebay motors has nothing for that part right now. Anyone know where one could find a salvage part? Part number, for anyone else who's had the issue...
