Sticking turn signal stalk

Please post if you can figure out why it's sticky. Seems my 12 month CPO warranty deductible is actually $100 and not $50 like I thought so won't be taking it in for this.

Had to take mine into service twice to fix this. It started when they retrofit the heated steering wheel. They ended up having to disassemble and reassemble the steering column. I don't know the exact issue, though.
