I had a dealer attempt to install and had the same issue so I had to go aftermarket. Ford changed something with the ‘24 and ‘25 MYs so it doesn’t work.

On my 23 Lariat I had similar failures but when stopped and charging; the parking brake locked up and I couldn’t start or move it. The ABS control module shorted and caused all of my issues.

That implies there is tea to spill…

The weather felt like late fall this week, must’ve confused the servers.

The only outlet that I can reasonably use at my place isn’t wired correctly and my landlord is taking his sweet time fixing it. It’s 120v hot to neutral but 60v hot to ground so something is off. My mobile charger never worked on that circuit and there aren’t any other outlets that I can reach...

Ditto that this is new behavior from 1PD over the last few months. I had to have mine towed with the parking brake stuck on and thought that might have damaged something to cause this but hearing these stories feels like an unintended consequence of some update.

My ABS module shorted and blew the fuse and everything else in the circuit which threw a bunch of codes, sounds similar but not exact. My recollection is the front motor was inoperative, pedestrian sounder, ACC, among others. I was at a supercharger at the time and it engaged the parking brake...

I had this issue last week after picking up my truck from 22 days at the dealer when I went to charge, no charging locations and unable to adjust the charge target in the app. Still on 10.1.1 from 11/16/24.

The app used to and it worked wonderfully to see what loads we could add when powering my parents house with my ‘23 PB for 2 days during an ice storm in February 2023. The 7.2 kW generator was plenty and if my memory serves the engine only kicked on for 3-5 minutes an hour to charge the battery.

My issue also happened while fast charging but was determined to be a faulty ABS module that shorted out and gave all the common faults mentioned in this thread and caused the parking brake to engage, with no way to disengage it. One of the parts is on backorder. Day 21 in the shop for me. 23...

I also experienced a bit of a disconnect with the loaner process. I was told not to exceed 500 miles and call when I hit 425 to arrange an exchange of loaner vehicles. I called at 425 and they had no other loaners available. I documented the call and will return the loaner with more than 500 miles.

Nope, born and raised in Michigan so I’m buying Big 3 machines for better or worse. And then we turn around and complain about it to our neighbors who work for them

Heard back from the dealer today, the ABS module is bad and blew the fuse that all of the other systems are on too. ABS modules are on back order… Corporate did authorize an unlimited loaner because of the unknown timeframe for the replacement part, unfortunately it’s a Dino juice escape.

They are not going by original order number. I was order 2651 and was the first to get the replacement on here from what I can tell, with order notification at the end of October when Ford said we’d get the replacement and receipt the first day or two of November, before lower numbered orders...

Yes it should, on highways it should enter a state where it will auto resume within 30 seconds instead of stopping and requiring driver input to restart after 3 seconds. This is my favorite time to use BC.

What is even more frustrating is it appears to believe it is in 24 hour mode ante meridian and when it hits 1200 it doesn’t know what to do so it reverts to post meridian time. Every. Single. Day. Almost feels like a lemon law day each day ?
