Ford dealer chargers are public use? I have never used one but they are open to the public right? the dealer near me parks all their EVs there and doesn’t seem to make it easy to use.

Had a front bumper accident and it got me thinking if there’s a type of front grill or brush guard like a ranch hand that might work? Maybe a low profile version? I know the trunk would interfere with the one I had on my suv but perhaps a low mount one?

Good for destination chargers but not super chargers.

I had a 2022 S and was about to face having to pay $3500 for extended warranty. Definitely think the truck form factor was better but the range loss is real.

I’m not the most knowledgeable on all the adapters but I know you need a super charger compatible one for high voltage which is the A2Z or the Ford one (major backlog).

Well there are Tesla stations that are unsupported and apparently some turned off from non Tesla. The ford and Tesla apps can show you the ones supported but I have had various luck with v4s that show up but don’t charge. I use a A2z adapter while I wait on my ford one

Thanks. I thought that too on the v4 but teslas were charging. I also read some have been turned off to non-teslas. Perhaps they aren’t open for Ford yet..?

Agreed, I receny drove 200 miles and if I kept closer to 70 or just under (2.0kwh) I got another 25-35 miles of range. On my 2024 flash.
