    ...to tell everyone things are working. The HIS works but the cost is ridiculous for most people. If I lived in a place with unreliable power or an offgrid system then it might be a good idea. Sunrun can't organize shipping a charger so I definitely wouldn't use them for installing anything.

    Also try Sunrun, but I suspect you may run into the same policy. Given that the majority of these were sent to address' of record of original buyers, it's likely that it's already been sent and the original owner either sold it, or installed it and is using it for another EV.

    I finally got tired of waiting also. SunRun kept giving the run around. So I sent Jim Farley an email last Thursday and BAM! His executive staff called Sun Run and got the charger shipped out the next day. Got it Monday.
