After posting in this I asked chat gpt and this is what I got
Why āGlare-Free High Beamā / āAdaptive Matrix Headlightsā Are Disabled in Canada
Even though your 2023 F-150 Lightning Lariat has matrix LED headlights, Ford software-locks the glare-free function in North America (U.S. &...
I am no engineer or software programmer. But Iām interested and reading on what can be done using forscan. I was wondering if it would be possible using software available today to enable manual battery pre conditioning on the lightning?
Hi. Everything I read online says my truck should have the glare free auto headlamps enabled on my truck. I am located in Canada and purchased brand new from a local dealer. There is no toggle available to enable it. Is this something I should take to the dealer or should I just enable it myself...
I have a ā23 lariat and I do not have this in the app. But would sure like to have it. I just had a power outage yesterday and would have liked to monitor when running the house from the generator interlock.
I tried the same in grok and it totally didnāt work. The second image is what I got when I just cut and past and the first one is when I asked it to make the computer in the background a 24ā iMac. It didnāt really get it
Yes it does. It is toggled off as default. But if you go into settings then vehicle, then locks. It will be a drop down menu that you click on the toggle on.
I have a ā23 lariat er and I just woke up to this this am. Default toggle was off but when I turned it in it has been working ever since. I have been waiting for waal for a long time glad to see it arrrive finally. I am located in Manitoba Canada.
For 2025 I believe the lariat has a larger battery and longer stated range. I think they removed a module in the 2025 flash. 123 kwh vs 131 in the lariate. Also less horsepower due to smaller battery. 536 in the flash vs 580 in the lariat
up here our winters get cold and I have seen the temp gauge blow the halfway point but not at the bottom. When it is low like that it dials back the power until it eventually gets up to temp but on a short commute it never gets to temp. I believe it just dials back the power as the cold wonāt do...
After reading this thread I decided to check my level and it is sitting right at the min level in reservoir. This is with the truck cold after sitting over night. Is this a concern? What temp should you check level at? Truck is about 18 months old with 30000 km (19000 miles)
I watched the Monroe tear down of the battery and inside the battery is a large cooling plate that the coolant runs through and the modules sit on top. The connections are on the outside of the battery casing. Thus hoses are not connected to the modules themselves and the coolant also doesnāt...
Any Canadians electricians here? What Iām seeing online is Canadian code says 8awg is good for 50 amps as long as it is rated 75 degrees or higher. Still doesnāt help me having 40 amp breaker but raising the breaker to 50 amp from 40 seems less safe rather than more safe.? Taking away from the...
