Yes, and that will be limiting factor - batteries. Now that companies realize they may have issues getting goods and technology from other countries, they need to make plans to source those goods/technology from the current country that they are in. Not to say that they won't still get these...

I called my dealer, and finally I was able to talk to the sales representative. Apparently I am in Wave 2, and he said there will be no need for me to come in. He advised me not getting any power running boards due to the severe shortage of parts. Also, there would be "no need" for a buyers...

You can't go by the reservation ID, but timestamp. Mine was within several hours of the 9:30PM presentation (2021-05-20 04:08:11.654Z to be exact, or 12:08 EST). This isn't an email based time, this is the time in Ford's system.

A lot of dealers don't even know their allocation numbers at the moment as its based on a formula of prior sales, and reservation conversions.

Same... my current 21 F150 PB HEV is known as Grease Lightning. It will be given back to Ford once the F150L gets delivered... whenever that maybe.

Regardless of the number... 15K, 18K, 150K... this is assuming they have no part shortages, COVID outbreaks, etc.

True, but almost all vehicles never appreciate, but depreciate in value. It never hurts to have extra insurance on something you owe 60K+ on.

Thank you for the correction on this. I was in a Union for a number of years - UCFW 464A, and we did the same. However I wasn’t sure about the other Unions, especially the UAW.

So I did math on this sometime ago and you also need to factor in union holidays off, the fact they work 6 days a week vs 7.

Reading into the Long McArthur video a bit more, Ford is ramping up quickly and throwing money at staffing, building, and etc. Building 150K per year is doable, but not entirely at that small building. I read the max that building can produce is 14 per hour.

The update from Palmer in August/September was 80K by 2023 and then going from there.

Looks like it’s over… would like to see a replay though.
