Consider it "fixed". I have received quite a few updates since this original post but as of now, Slippery Mode did NOT stick overnight last night and notified on startup this morning that it was going back to Normal Mode did I want to stay in Slippery Mode.
I just received this update (Gateway) this morning.
Mine is not making any noise or sounds on turn off.
To be honest, now I can't remember if it did before or not.
'25 Platinum trim
Could be. I have to admit I haven't paid close attention to it to know if it only sticks temporarily or if it reverts back after 4+ hours off. I normally leave it in NORMAL mode.
I will try to remember to check this and report back.
I don't have that data for that session.
Above is same trip but Quanah, TX, I believe these were V3 (?) 43% - 80% averaged 145.7 kW.
Edit: I also have Tesla Supercharger stops that were not nearly as productive as those shown above. I find my results can vary significantly from one Tesla...
I recently made a trip from CO to LA and back and the V4 Tesla Supercharger in Tyler, TX rocked. I used the Ford NACS adapter and believe I averaged 125 kW over the 49 min charge adding 102 kWh in that time. (2025 Lightning Platinum 131 kWh)
Thx for the update.
FYI, I did the Glare Free enable about 3 weeks ago on my 2025 and as of this week the As Built data on Motocraft Service . com is updated to reflect the changes. I've been checking regularly so I know it only updated within the last few days.
