It's 100% not gone. I literally just told the dealer who said the person from this forum called and I agreed to pass it on to this person, to allow it to be bought.

The dealer called and mentioned about "Z." calling. I said that that I would let him pass it onto you so that someone who really wants it could have it. I hope that you get it.

Probably true. The same dealer has the same used one available (but with sunroof and extended battery) for $99K. I bet if I don't buy it, then they'll sell it for around $89K. If I don't take the rebate on the vehicle, then the next person is allowed to take the rebate or its just lost? I guess...
