Same issue here with my 2022. Tech support chat went nowhere. It seems like a glitch between the online account info and the Fordpass app, but I’m not sure. Maybe an app update will fix it.
Well, that went nowhere, lol. Agent ended the chat after my last reply with no resolution or anything. It’s ok if there isn’t an identifiable solution right now, it’s more of a slight annoyance than anything. Ending the chat like that was a little tacky though ?. I wonder if @Ford Motor Company...
Curious if anyone else has/had this issue. Fordpass app on IOS showing incorrect vehicle image on the app, but correctly on the Ford account website. Vehicle is 2022 Platinum PB. Image shown on the app is a Lightning.
