    I have the same issue with my Platinum with the extended range battery, and at 100% only goes to 265 miles.

    No news whatsoever. Reached out to the dealer a couple times with no response so I guess the next thing is to physically go there! I can't even get them to give me the order number from the dealer so I can try to trace by other means now that I found the VIN.
