Mine was working fine for about a month after delivery. One day it just stopped. I disconnected the negative terminal of the 12 volt battery for a few minutes and it worked again. This is in many of the issues that involve the truck. Works for some, not for others. Worked for me.

I just picked up my stripped XLT today so no PAAK. My Mach E used to go back and forth. The Mach E would show MY profile on the screen if it was working. If not, I just tapped it and chose me and everything went into place. Not sure if it is similar on the Lightning.
