I really miss the column shifter so I picked this up! Going to try to install this weekend.

I did the swap on my XLT. It is not plug and play and is not a trivial swap. You have to add wiring between the passenger and driver seat as well as add communication wires up to the dash. You'll then have to use forscan to code the seats in and swap out the HVAC buttons for heated and cooled seats.

I ended doing continuity tests checks all the way back to the BCM and everything checked out. The BCM was simply not turning on the 12V to enable the handle. I went back through the forscan coding tables and realized I missed the entry for the passenger side door. FR_CapSensor_CFG (FRCSC)...

Yes I did it for both sides. The driver side is working. The passenger side is not. I tried the scope feature and the passenger side never shows a trigger for either lock or unlock so it's probably the pinout. I'll have to get back in there to verify 12V, GND, and the two differential antenna wires.

My only concern with the vinyl floor and vinyl seats is the smell. I dislike the strong plasticky rubber smell, especially on a hot summer day.
