Yeah, I don't think anyone ever figured this one out. @Ford Motor Company probably needs to create a "camping mode" or something similar that'll allow you to use the pro power on board system without having to have the truck on....still waiting.
Quick update: I restarted the FCSP by shutting off the power on the circuit board for about an hour. Turned back on and tried to increase amps via the FCSP app and it worked! Bummer these apps are very glitchy and seems that a lot of people have had several

Well, still no luck. I reset the charger manually and connected the Ford Pass app to the charge station pro app but still unable to increase the amps back to 80? Im going to try resetting again to see if I have any luck. If that doesn’t work I’ll try giving Ford a call but not overly optimistic…
Unfortunately, didn’t work? I lowered to 70 amps when I was trying to troubleshoot before realizing the software update was the issue. Now can move back up to 80.
Thanks. Did the reset and seemed to update. Now only problem is I’m getting a message of “derate failed” when I try and move the amps back to 80 lol. Always something. Thanks for your help!

I think it's related to the PAAK. I noticed if I use my phone to start my truck when I park and lock the mirrors rarely fold in. If I use my key fob exclusively it seems to fold in every time. I've been just hoping they fix it through a software update, but I don't think they've fixed it yet.

Ok, latest update. I spoke with Ford about the issue. After being transferred to 3 different “charge pro” departments they ultimately told me to take back into the dealer to have a diagnostic. I called my dealer and going to take the truck in once they have some availability.
