To the other Home Intergration Kit owners...I just lost power the truck is powering the house no issue. But I thought we could monitor the usage in the FordPass app. I did it before but cannot find it now.
I did receive a docusign from an individual at Ford when they were testing some updates or changes to the Home Intergration Kit. They form was called "US Participant Agreement 30-day_EN (Updated Token Authorization Form).pdf"
They called it the Advanced Analytics Program.
I signed the form...
I last updated my truck with FDRS back in mid December to get BC 1.4 and did the FORScan settings as well. Have not got a new 48 hr license since then. Anyone seeing anything good or a reason to set it back up once all this dang snow melts?

I don't have my truck pulled up so I can't give you the Checksum (the new last 2 characters) but it will fix it after the warning or they can pull it up on any truck in the lot
Gotcha! So the fact I did all updates available via FDRS I theoretical have the same capabilities as those who waited for the OTA. My Blue Cruise should be 1.4 and allow the truck to change lanes while in hands free mode. However I will not have the ability to turn it off via the console unless...
Your answer provides a lot of insight into the advantages of using and understanding FORScan.
But I still don't know if updating a module with FDRS updates the corresponding values that we see within FORScan the same way a OTA does.
I understand the OTA update enabled the ability of the truck to do the lane change but do not give the option to disable via the sync screen.
I still don't know if updating via FDRS enables the abilty of Blu Cruise to lane change or if I have to go into FORScan to enable it with or without the...
Can yall that are smarter then me in this help me understand something:
If we wait and get an OTA it is a wrapped update that will update multiple modules and configurations within FORScan all at once
If we update modules via FDRS we then have to go into FORScan and update corresponding values...
The more post I read in here the more I learn about things that I have no idea about. I used FDRS today to run updates on 3 modules and FORScan to change a single setting. However, I have no idea where some of this information is stored. Current Software version numbers, pending Software...
I did try but it was I-95 traffic around DC so not the best conditions to test as it is super congested all the time. I got the FORScan instructions but have not logged in yet to look. What would be a key value to check to see if it is installed?
The lane change stuff is part of BC 1.4 I thought. I have not changed anything in FORScan except the values to update the 360 size. I was driving today and Blue Cruise seemed just like it use to
Yes. It is suppose to be fuller like it was prior to the 24b56.
I just did the FORScan fix under 7D0-01-04
It is fixed.
I think I am 100% except BC 1.4
