Obviously the above is not the fix… just something that may lead in the right direction to identify where the noise is coming from. Right front door Panel may need to come off to fix the issue.

Same in my truck. When driving I hear similar noises. Seems to be coming from the speaker ? on the front right passenger door. My buddy placed his hand on it firmly while on a drive and the sound stopped. To me it seemed like a loose pin.
