You've got a good reason to be frustrated, that's a long trip to be worrying about whether or not you're going to lose your cover. A silicone sealant or even Loctite can be used to keep the rubber piece in place, and the panel bumpers can be reattached with any 3M adhesive. I hope this helps!

There won't be any pre-cut spots on the BedRug, but there will be perforated marks on the backside of the BedRug that are guides for you to make your own cuts.
To install tonneau rails, the clamps will attach to the inside of the bed rail along that inner ledge. The clamps aren't overly bulky, and typically having a plastic bed liner doesn't change how these are installed.

The only weight restriction that we know of is for the bed rails, not the TS rails. Engineering has stated that you'll want to check the weight rating for your specific truck bed rails and follow the suggested weight ratings by the manufacturer for the rack.
