I also spoke with them last week and they said the exact same thing. Honestly, quite frustrating that after paying over $80,000 for a truck, they canāt cover the cost of a faulty update. Hope they send out the fix soon.
Mine does the exact same thing. I wrote at Ford Motor Company and they said they are seeing this in a few of the vehicles. I sent them my VIN. Iāll let you know if theyāre able to fix it.

I also received the update this week, but the toggles for both in lane repositioning and lane change assist will not turn on or at least will not stay on. Would love some information on how to get these updates to actually function.
Took a few weeks, but they were able to replace the onboard module. For some reason they replaced the charging port first. Luckily, all of it was under warranty.
I hate to agree with you but I was thinking the onboard charging system is likely the cause also. Thought maybe someone else may have some miracle ideas. will try DCFC on way to dealership. Thx for your help
