So my truck had a powertrain malfunction, it went into only 57% power. Brought it into the dealership and was told no loaner cars. They only offer them for Lincoln customers. I was told that they can offer $45 a day to rent a car... now there is nothing I can use for my job that would be even...
Just called ford and they said that all trucks that were built and currently with the carriers are being held until further notice. I spoke with my dealer as well and the rep told me that his regional sales manager said that they are still on hold. Anything that is being produced right now is...
I stand corrected, 5 delays and no one knows why... attached are all the emails, ignore the highlights, I searched these terms in my email and it highlighted those words. Hopefully I won't receive my MY 22 truck at the end of 2023 ??
Nothing yet, just spoke with the dealership and ford customer service, no movement, have a delivery date of 12/29 to 1/4... this is the 4th time the date has been changed. No idea what's going on and no one to talk to. Just gotta keep waiting I guess. Thanks for checking in.
Just called ford and they couldn't help either, lady was very nice on the phone but access is limited. Does anyone know who I would be able to talk to help me with this? It's been stuck on Ramp 59 since September! This experience has been so frustrating.
This was the same for me... kept on getting emails that kept pushing my date back further and further.
Still excited for the truck but this process has been so daunting.
I appreciate you guys getting back to me. Thank you.
My truck went into production on 9/21 and was built on 9/30, has sat for over 2 months and still not shipped... anyone running into similar wait times?
Tried calling ford and the dealer but they all keep saying it's just waiting to be shipped so not sure what to do. Doesn't seem to be a chip...
