That is a very decent price but it all depends on what you are willing to pay. I would say the 22 should probably start around 50K.
Remember the 22's had no technology deletes. 23's and above are still missing some of the original tech.
I hear people complain a ton about SunRun but they did a great job for me. Quick, responsive, a little expensive, and professional clean installation. They came back out for the final inspection. It passed as expected.

I paid full MSRP in 22 when others were paying MSRP plus ridiculous ADM of 10K or more. So, for me, at the time, I got a good deal. Nothing compared to the steep discounts being offered now but that was the price I paid to be a first GEN Lightning owner.
