My problems may be isolated... seems my FP points balance isn't loading into the site, but if I login to the FordPass dashboard itself (online or the app), there sits my 22K. I'm guessing things will shake loose soon.

Good info, Rick. Confirmed my dealer isn't listed on that site which lines up since I can't ship to them via Ford's Accessories site either. Online inquiry submitted for the frunk liner/mat, and by the time I hear back, it's quite possible the FP points are usable on Ford's site, anyway 🤙
Ah, thanks for pointing that out. Although my dealer doesn't have an online parts store, it's still worth dropping a note to see what their best price would be on picking-up a few parts, too.

Same. I'm sure Ford will randomly push the new payment feature from development to production sporadically in the middle of the day, resulting in complete sitewide dysfunction until the "GET18" promo is no longer applicable in a few days 🙃
Our trucks are nearly identical! I actually have a window tint appointment tomorrow. Looks fantastic, by the way! Maybe it's confirmation bias, but I like the look of XLT 511A w/out body colored handles and mirrors... all the black contrasting against the Avalanche hue stands out in a good way.
I felt compelled to photographically document the truck's first driveway charge. Really happy with the Avalanche hue and how it drastically changes throughout the day.

Fingers crossed man. Ford CS chat can be next-to-useless. The dealer *should* have much better visibility into the truck's actual status with their recently updated tracking tool. If it makes you feel any better, I didn't even have a delivery estimate from Ford until the truck actually landed in...
Any updates from Ford Logistics yet, Jeff? That convoy trip to your dealer must not be as straightforward as one would hope... has your dealer seen these types of issues from Dearborn before?
From what I've seen, those delivery estimates shift quite often and accuracy is... limited. What was your Blend date and what's the current tracker show?
Opened the FordPass app (for the hundredth time in the past few days)... and the truck was being unloaded at the dealer! Bummer about the 0% for 36 mos. being a farce, but my excitement is now renewed.
Edit: Ford email came through after about 30 minutes and both trackers show Complete...

The membership application process took all of 5 minutes online -- approval was instant/automated. I then immediately applied for an auto loan afterwards and did receive an email from a loan officer the next morning. Next, I would call and speak with someone to get an account #/PIN for online...
Sorry to hear this, Casey. The delays for last mile delivery via truck/convoy are truly concerning. Stating the obvious but there must be some extreme labor/truck shortages and/or logistics difficulties. I wonder if dealer volume comes into play, too? How frustrating...
