Eh that’s a bummer, my dad scored an XLT ER for a great price and had me thinking but I plan on riding this until it quits I think. Lowered the rear end and powder coated some Lariat wheels and love the look now anyway!
Anyone running this OEM F150 ICE setup? Seems like the weight rating isn’t the same as Lightning stock wheels, but I don’t see how that matters too much given that fact you can have 2,000 lbs in the bed of the truck. I have a SR, thinking it’s not too big of a deal. Hard to find anything about...
great option for a true leveling by lifting the front end, but that rough country kit I linked actually drops the bed in order to level. Saw that someone actually didn’t install the front at all and just the rear for an even stance. Since I don’t tow or haul much figured I’d just drop the rear...
Does anyone know if light modifications such as a leveling kit effects extended warranties? Considering this

Not sure if I’m missing something, but my last update was when I bought the truck in august (4.2.1 or something) and I’m seeing a bunch of this 6 update. Am I doing something wrong where it’s saying it’s up to date but isn’t? Thanks!
Figured id throw an update to you guys, seems as though the truck has finally left MI and Ford is telling me on chat it is in PA however CSX is telling me the railcar is in Napier, MO. Either way it is moving which is nice. I guess we'll see if it actually makes it way in the next few weeks...
Haven’t been on here much since I’ve all but given up but I was notified maybe a month ago that my truck was part of that group with the battery issue and was being inspected for “quality assurance” or whatever language they used. Wonder if my truck is the one that caught on fire or something...
nah like I’ve said I’m kinda out given that I wanted a pro for starters and went for the XLT and now the tax restructure breaks me a this point. Slim chance I move on it if it ever comes. Interest rates insane and a possible car market crash has me thinking of snagging a used one in a year or...
Nah sorry I’ve kinda bailed especially given post new year tax shit. Last email I got was that the window changed from jan9-16. Meanwhile my buddy who’s local to me had his built the day after mine and has had his since Christmas. I was an end of year or bust
Yeah figured it seemed like a first. I thought that 2 week transit time was “door to door” if it’s only from rail yard to door and it’s been in the rail yard for a month it might be a fair estimate haha
