I also have a 2022 Pro that I charge to 80% multiple times a week for a year + now using the Ford Mobile Charger on a 14-50 outlet that I installed. The truck draws 32 amps. Never had a problem, although I am aware that others have had problems with their FMC. Knock on wood.

Has anyone figured out if it’s possible to hook up a third brake light by plugging into to either the flat 4 or round 7 trailer lights connector - without losing blue cruise, etc?

Well, if Ford would have programmed/designed the Lightning to accept other amperages rather than be limited to just the two, as other EV manufacturers have determined they can safely do, then people like me wouldn’t be looking for a, hopefully safe as well as convenient, workaround.
