Just checked with CS. Chip hold here as well. Like someone mentioned earlier, I got a lot of copy/paste responses (almost identical to their screenshot). I'm a 11/4 blend date and CS said it's on a chip hold at Ramp 51. Yet my estimated arrival is 11/15-11/21 which is very unlikely and I expect...

I also found that you have to have your window maximized. For some strange reason if you have it filling half your screen, that whole "Order Status" section disappears.

Like petemill said, please come up with an alternative to that cheap looking front light bar. I'd buy it half a second!
