I'm also enjoying it while it lasts. Before Future I was using Bluedot. Their benefits were insane, and obviously not sustainable. My favorite was their monthly free charge day. If you happened to be road tripping when that hit, you could really cash in. On one free charging day I got $50+ worth...
I've been using it for almost a year now. So far I've received $155 in cash back on $2100 in transactions (~$1100 in EV charging and the rest miscellaneous). Initially they were only giving 5% back on EV charging, then it went to 10%. For the last few months they've also been giving 5% cash back...
I received a letter about this CSP (23B50) in October 2023, had the dealer take care of it in September of this year, and then this month I received another letter about the same CSP. App shown no outstanding CSPs. Weird.
So itās four days later, and when I click on the ātrack packageā button in the email it comes back with a message from FedEx saying that the tracking number canāt be found. Anyone else seeing this?
I just received an email from Ford saying my replacement adapter has been shipped. My original order number was 1063. I donāt know whether or not thatās relevant as they may not be shipping out the replacements in same sequence as the originals.
I'm not sure where you're seeing the "Tesla" and "Tesla + No Tesla", is that on the Ford nav screen, or the Ford app, or somewhere else? I have not seen that anywhere. I generally use the Tesla app to find compatible Supercharger locations. If you go to the "Charge your other EV" screen it will...
Just charged at a Tesla V4 Supercharger outside of Grand Rapids MI, and it was great! Longer cable means no more blocking two spaces. And even though the cable is a larger diameter than other Supercharger cables it is still much easier to manipulate than the typical fat cables at other DCFCs. I...
Had an interesting experience Supercharging yesterday and now Iām wondering if itās related to this. Started charging at around 20% SOC, it ramped up to 170 kW fairly quickly, then after a few minutes it dropped down to 30 kW. It then alternated between 170 kW and 30 kW, switching every few...
FWIW on my 2023 Pro the spare tire that came with the truck is different than the other 4 tires. It's basically a tire that's sold as a dedicated spare tire, with minimal tread depth compared to the other tires. It's mounted on a cheaper wheel that doesn't match the others on the truck. I'm...
I just had this (24P24) taken care of today, along with CSP 23B50. Interesting that itās not shown in the app, and apparently Ford is not sending notification letters to owners.
This one is cheap and a perfect fit, no foam to deal with. And it fits perfectly (at least in the Pro) in the storage space forward of the shifter / under the screen.
I just checked and 23B57 is no longer listed for my truck either. I did receive an update a few weeks ago, and after it installed successfully there was a message saying that the update had taken care of 23B57 and no further action was necessary. After that it took a few weeks for 23B57 to...
I canāt believe the trivial shit that people get so upset about. I remember early on when the very first Tesla Model S came out, someone posted about the lack of a lighted vanity mirror on the passenger side being a deal breaker.
600 mile round trip yesterday in my ā23 SR Pro was the first time in 16k miles / 19 months that Iāve seen the battery temp gauge budge from dead center. Ambient temp was around 100 degrees and I was DC fast charging at a Tesla Supercharger. Temp went back to the center after driving for a while...
Download the Bluedot app and you can charge at these for $0.30/kWh. Thatās generally less than half of the posted price. These GM-branded EVgo chargers at Pilot/Flying J are my first choice for road trip charging, only downside is that there arenāt too many P/FJ locations with chargers yet.
