  1. CSP 24B56 - Inoperative Front Parking Sensor(s) - IPMA Software Update for Certain 2022-24 F-150 Lightning Trucks

Just had 24B56, 24P24 and 23C38 done. I didn't have any issues prior, but decided to knock them out to get the better BlueCruise functioning. Turns out 24B56 is a real pain. Tech didn't know a lot about what to do, so I had him abandon the mobile install and drove the truck in. Took 2.5 hours...
  2. CSP-23B57 for High Voltage Battery Notice

Interesting. I received the OTA update for the CSP on March 11 (see attachment). Not dealer forced, just the update Ford sent through. Are there issues with it?
  3. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Annoyance only. No performance implications. I’d still get it fixed if I were you, the TSB was issued for a reason.
  4. Priority Update: 23-PU0306-BCF-DET

After more than a few dozen failed attempts at this update (first time failures have ever happened), the update notification went away and was completely cancelled, leaving me the message pictured. Called Ford thinking they had pulled the update, but after a long time on hold as a very nice...
  5. Part# Help: Frunk Inner Cover "Twist Clips"

Anyone find a resolution here? One of the large twist clips popped off and went down into the cavity of the pickup. Gone forever! My OCD wants to replace it...
  6. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Yep! Exactly this. You don’t realize how noisy it is until it’s gone.
  7. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Really? Then it wasn’t the TSB because mine went silent. Do you have a video? Maybe we can diagnose.
  8. Water in rear light bar

Heard this fix is getting faster though. Let us know what you hear on timing!
  9. Water in rear light bar

My tailgate did something like this for a bit. I’d bring it up and it was like something was in the way and it would take itself back down. I’d have to make it go up a couple times before it figured itself out. Went on for a couple days but now it’s gone. Wonder if it’s water damage…
  10. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Yeah… that’s the trouble of having a first-gen vehicle that most dealers don’t know how to work on. Thankful for factory TSBs though.
  11. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

There’s no safety concern at all, but if they can order the parts and get you in this week, I’d do it. Then you don’t have to hear those annoying pops at very least every time you accelerate.
  12. Water in rear light bar

Safe bet to assume that if you’re getting moisture, it’s likely affecting the camera. I’d take it in and have the bar replaced for the moisture alone.
  13. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

No software whatsoever. Test the torque reversal yourself. If the clicks are there, bring the TSB to the dealer.
  14. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

My dealership first read the TSB, then jumped in the pickup with me. Don’t let them have your truck to drive and ā€œtestā€ on their own. As soon as we took off, he heard the click and said ā€œyep, that has to be it.ā€ It doesn’t matter where it’s coming from because they need to add the washer to all...
  15. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

The TSB specifically states to do all four. You should not be charged at all.
  16. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Exactly this. Saw a number of people go in for ā€œfixesā€ that weren’t close to what the actual solve was.
  17. Anybody else notice the slight "Click" when starting off either in forward or reverse?

Unsure. It didn’t seem like an urgent fix was needed. And in my research, this is actually very common with EVs, even Tesla. My guess is that most people just continue to drive with it and don’t worry about the annoyance.
