You can check with your favorite certified electrician about 240v circuits… a neutral is not used in the circuit - just the two phases and the ground. the truck provides neutral to support two phases of 120v circuits… So not using neutral on your extension from the truck to the transfer panel...

Try fuse 32 or the battery disconnect and see if you get FordPass to reconnect.

Best bet is to call Ford and get your answer…

As an update to this thread I received 4.2.2.2 on 4/19 which updated my interface. I seem to be updated now. For normal trucks 4.2.3 is out which I believe is a modem update related to FordPass.
