Yes. That's the error message we received... and the power reduction on the dash at the time was in the 70% range if I remember correctly...
Since then, so far no mention of any cell issues... just that a valve in the battery cooling system was showing a fault... and we are waiting on the part...
we've been without our truck (23 lariat er) since mid-February... It is a parts shortage for a battery cooling valve, and we still don't have a estimate date as to when it will be available. Love the truck and the dealer has been great... But can't really use the loaner as our own truck and it's...
I did unplug the 12v battery for a couple minutes... and then rechecked the connectivity settings and re-connected to wifi. The wifi setting had switched to off and I don't think I did that...
And Blue Cruise is pretty amazing!
I suspect it's what @Gimme_my_MME said and that they've figured out a way to get the modems that weren't updating to receive an OTA update...
But I also happened to try disconnecting the 12v negative for a couple minutes this morning.
Same issue for me...
btw, I have an appointment at the dealer on the 16th to hopefully get this resolved....
When I talked to Ford customer support, they told me to reference Technical support bulletin TSB22-2105 when I drop it off.
