You don't run into issues with the phone falling off the lip? Doesn't look like there is much clearance in the first few pictures and even less with your phone hanging off.
Maybe some night i'll go out and swap tires with my wife's Expedition to see if she notices. Most folks can't tell the Lightning from a ICE F-150, those wheels would make it even more difficult to differentiate between the two.
I've done this the past two winters and it works out well. Once the weather in NH gets into the 60's at night, I'll likely lower my charge # to 85%, even though I do a 100+ miles per day 5 days a week.
You just summarized the plot for Caddyshack 2. I didn't care for it, much like I don't care for the feelings of Tesla owners who now have to share their chargers with us filthy Ford people :)
Some of y'all must have been a sight to behold on Black Friday back when we had to actually go to the store for that "must have" item. I don't charge away from home too often, so I'm definitely in the minority when it comes to needing this thing asap, but I appreciate the entertainment :)
This ^^^ There is a very good chance most of the questions you'll come up with have already been answered. The "Search" button with the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner is your friend(and mine!). Best of luck with your new whip and welcome!
I've had this happen before as well. I deleted my charging location (Home) using the screen in the truck. I added the location again, edited the preconditioning and charging times and it worked fine after that.
I agree with what others are saying about the dealer having the flexibility on the price. What size is the dealer and how many Lightnings do they have in stock? Depending on those answers, I'd wait him out or go to another nearby Ford dealer and see what they can offer for a similar model...
Can't post a picture where I am right now, but I've got 36,573 on my '22 Lariat SR. 500+ mile a week commute will do that. Still love it as much as I did the day I picked up in Nov. of 2022
My Apple Car play/Apple Maps works fine. I use it every day and the turn by turn, along with the battery estimate upon arrival at my destination, both work flawlessly. If it matters, I am on OTA update 6.8 and I'm using an iPhone 13 with the latest iOS.
