How does one opt into the Ford EA program?

My girlfriend surprised me with a Yeti tumbler in "nordic blue." It's not metallic but pretty close in color to our Azure Grey!

I received a similar response from the FordPass team on my 23 Platinum. Outside of remote start lock/unlock, nothing works or is logged in the FordPass app. EV driving, charge logs, and trip planner do not function. They mentioned it's a known issue with the modems on the 23 model year...

Interesting. Ford didn't advise me that you couldn't charge the battery 100%. I have home charging and regularly travel 200 miles in one direction on weekends to ski in freezing temperatures. Why would the truck have a charge limitation?

About 900 miles on my 23 Platinum, high voltage battery fault/dead at 96% charge awaiting a tow. Let’s see what the dealer says next week

Patience is hard, but being friendly and following up politely certainly helps. I will keep my eyes on this and update here when I get "approved."
