It's always been fairly reliable for me. However after i just got this convenient frunk closing update, very sporadic working.
It's weird, my phone obviously connects to the truck via Bluetooth, android auto etc. But the truck won't recognize it as a key sometimes
Just as an update, got home, check the Ford pass app, refreshed, still said charge station faulted.
Light on the charger was blue, plugged it in, charging fine, status then updated on the app to charging.
So yeah dunno. Guess ill keep an eye on it.
I've actually been having a similar issue. We had a power outage briefly after a recent storm and I started getting charge station faulted message(5 times in one day) after the power came back on. When I came home, everything was fine and I charged normally.
Today I received another message...
Haha agree. New thread is probably needed. I came to the forum expected a new thread and looks like everyone is posting in here.
Just got 1.4 update as well. I did the front sensor update back in January I think. Not eap 23 lariat. Last formal Ota update was back in October.
I'll say the...
I'm assuming the front parking sensor has to be done before getting bc 1.4?
I had the mobile tech out in December to do the 24B56 front sensor as well as the becm. I can tell they did the latter because I looked at the part. But the tech never cleared the csps, so my dashboard still shows the...
Southeast GA. It's been low to mid 60s in the AM, so nothing too drastic. But I guess that's possible. I didn't have the percentage gauge last fall/winter so perhaps it's just the battery warming up. Perhaps just coincidental with the recent updates and more of a seasonal change instead.
Anyone here notice recently after the barrage of recent updates that the SoC on the display fluctuates?
I.e. this morning for example, I charged my truck to 90% last night. I started it in the driveway while getting the kids loaded up and it dropped to 89. Then I made a submile drive to the...
In savanah proper, near isle of Hope.
When I said risk it, I just meant without charging. I go to jacksonville, I just always charge on the way back. There's a decent FPL charging station next to a newly built wawa just north of jacksonville. I charge for 15 20mins and just head home.
I live in coastal GA as well. It's definitely the speed, although I still would have expected 1.6ish at 79 unless you've got a heavy foot and doing quick acceleration.
I usually average 1.8 at 75ish, 2.0 at 70, and 2.2-2.4 doing 60-65. I can make it to charleston and back without issue since...
I don't have it on mine either.
I also don't have charge assist that is so frequently mentioned on this forum as well. So who knows. I don't d/c fast charge that often. The one time I tried plug and charge early on in my ownership, I couldn't get it to work and just went through the EA app...
I just fired up the app and yeah no (non magic dock) superchargers listed now. I swear I'm not crazy. I know I had looked at the ones in my city yesterday and they had populated on the map. I was surprised they were there.
But Maybe I was daydreaming and doing wishful thinking.
I will say I noticed a change to the Tesla app last time I opened it up
It no longer says "charge your non tesla". Just says charge your EV. And while all magic dock stations are orange, it did allow me to open up regular superchargers as well. Wonder if this is all preparation for opening up...
