Ford offered me $7k less than I got selling the car to another smaller dealership. They sold the car for $7k more than they paid me in less than a week. Their offer was also $3k less than CarMax, and $5k less than Carvana. I think their trade in values just suck.

That's awesome, you're going to love the truck. I look for excuses to drive now. I take the kids to all their sports and activities, pick up the groceries, basically all the errands. I'm just over 1000 miles and it's absolutely amazing.

The low profile Lund option on the Ford site seems to be different than the AVS from what I can tell. I'm not sure I like the in channel/spaced apart design as much so I may give those a whirl. Still deciding though.

Got it, I was skeptical due to the thread where someone had to trim their weathertech's to make them work. I wasn't sure if our mirrors were different or something, so I wanted to avoid modifications if possible. I'll check out what the ICE folks are doing to get some ideas. Thanks!!

It's finally here! Only drove it about fifteen miles back from the dealership but just wow. This truck is amazing. I have someone coming to buy my old car in about an hour but I'm going to take her out for a bit after that and I'll follow up with some more first impressions.

Seems like the updates come through the Ford system at night. My delivery date just updated to 5/30-6/5. I could actually be taking her home this weekend if all goes well.

Ford was showing an update this morning on my order (the last update date) but when I chatted with them it was just the delivery at the railyard which I already knew about. They're holding steady at that 20th delivery date so we'll see. I'm optimistically expecting it to come a little early but...

Truck was delivered at the transportation company destination early this morning. Not sure how long it will take to get to the dealer but it's looking like the home stretch. Fingers crossed!

Checking the rail tracker religiously, the truck's gone from New Boston MI to Buffalo NY so far since the 24th. They say the truck will arrive at their site in MA tomorrow, however Ford's online delivery estimate is 6/11-6/24. That seems like a generous time frame if it arrives at the rail...
