Truck is currently at the dealer. Apparently I needed to have a GCM module fix/updated as an problem within it would constantly report a low battery erroneously so all updates would fail. They are currently updating everything available for my truck so I shoud be to go for awhile.

After being one of the VINs (July 23 purchase) that got no updates for 8 months to getting several updates in a matter of days, I am still left in confusion as to why. Anyway 6.4 is downloading for me so I guess I should be happy about that
My dealer also tried to play that card that an EV tech has to do it. I finally convinced them that the part was no different than on an ICE truck. Its like they don't even want to touch an EV, even for the simplest maintenance.
Update finally installed correctly last night after the first time ended in failure over a week ago. After waiting 8 months for the first update, we'll see how things go from here.
