I probably would have put new bushings in the suspension of my HD edition 03 F150, kept the truck that got 10 MPG on a good day and never, ever, ever take it on a road trip.
Here I am complaining about not receiving any OTAs in months and lo and behold, I got one today for the gateway module ECG-24.2.5.7.
I went to the store not more than 10 minutes from the house, by the time I shopped and returned home I got a successful update notice when I turned off the truck.
I get the blue/yellow on my FCSP about half the time. It seems completely random. Last I talked to Fomoco they indicated charger was operating correctly but never explained the yellow light.
This has been an on again off again issue since I got this truck (summer 23). I did not get an update for months then I got a few and I thought the problem was over, then I got nothing for months then I'd get a few etc. etc. etc. I truly believe my system falls in a hole in the distribution...
i’ve tried about everything recommended here including putting it on a battery tender, yes I have the leads downstream of the sensor. Even a 100% LVB doens’t help. I did update some of the modules using FDRS late summer, and got one update on 3 September then nothing.
Planning a two way cross country trip in a couple of months. From PHX area to Port St Lucie FL about 2200 miles. The only sketchy part I see in ABRP and plugshare is between PHX and Las Cruces. There are a couple of sites that have no backup and if they fail I'll be looking for a plug to use...
