I tried a couple of these "EV-compatible" power cord adapters and my Ford Mobile EV Charger wouldn't work with it. As it turns out the Ford Mobile Charger requires a 240V supply for optimal Level 2 charging. TT-30 outlets provide only 120V, which would limit the charger to Level 1 charging...
I would agree, a little more money will get you double your charging speed. I have the Ford Mobile charger I bought with my truck but I'll have to look at the Grizzl-E Mini when my current one dies.
Also, I use FlattestRoute.com, although I'm looking for an alternative or creating my own because the math is off but mostly because the Ads are killing me. As for the math, the "Elevation change" is just the difference between Max elevation and Min elevation, not the cumulative ascent and...
As someone that lives full-time pulling a (~7300 lbs) 25' Airstream with my '23 Lightning Platinum (ER) with a cap and stuff, the weight of pulling things uphill is just as important as speed and wind direction/speed. I stopped using the apps 16 months ago just a month after living full-time and...
Nice! Great (over)engineered solution - I approve!
When I saw the UniFi Industrial Router first released I was thinking about it for my Airstream since I also use UniFi gear but I couldn't find any good references or people showing the routing features. I may have to pick your brain later on it.
I found this awhile back, so far the battery is good on my Pi4. I still have not soldered header to use the GPIO to monitor the battery/charging/power source triggers.

I was using HA but when it broke, I didn't feel like trying to keep it alive with all of the API changes I was hearing about.
I looked at the CSS gear but man it's expensive, and I think I already have everything I need except a script or command to pull down the data via OBD-II.
Yeah, that might be possible, thanks for the idea. I'd prefer to see what others are doing in the same direction I'm trying...I know there is someone out there. :)
I've read through a bunch of great threads on here as well as the Mach-E forums but the one thing I can't get past is the initial "Hello, World!" approach to get something out using a python or shell script.
I've been trying to figure out how to use the proper PIDs/code (yes, I’ve been looking...
lol....I feel the same way, my friend.
At the same time, there are changes over time that are being reported that affects some of these changes. I wish there was an easy way to subscribe to the changes for just the mods we each make.
Ah, I wonder if that was the issue--thank you. I'll keep that in mind. I uninstalled and went back to the previous working version and it worked (I bet only because it did a full scan as you mentioned.). I hate not knowing the reasoning and just a "reboot" is not how I like to troubleshoot but I...
I'm stumped. Back in July, I was in the IPMA module enabling the Trailer Side View, I reverted back the setting to re-enable my Controls Menu for the driving modes. Now I'm going back to see if Enable Cameras at Speed will help me see the cameras when I drive above 5 MPH.
The issue is now I...
I can still see them when in my driving at speed (less than 6 MPH?) but disappears when I speed up. I haven’t tried cameras at speed setting yet to see if it works.
When I enabled the Trailer Side View camera option and it disabled the Controls menu item for Drive Modes, it reminds me of the late 90's using RegEdit.exe to tweak my Windows computer in hopes I don't screw it up.
My fear now is I'm not sure where the install disks are for the truck! 😅
