Hi, My FCSP lose connection and its internal ID? Anyone else have this issue? It still charges fine. Or do I need to report this to Ford for a possible replacement? Thanks for any insights
My Update cycle followed this sequence - I got the Tesla update today. Curious now when I will get 6.8 and above for the SPC % on the Dashboard (Non Calm screen). Does anyone know and/or have thoughts on what update is next in line?
When I saw the price of the 24Chevy Silverado RST - starting at $96,495 it made me happy with my choice. The challenge continues to be a reliable fast charging network (even with the welcome edition of the Tesla network via the adaptor.

What does it mean that I get the same message of my second 6.2 OTA update everyday in my truck? Usually, the update message goes away after a week? Are my updates "stuck" and what should I do?
I received this update on ~4/22 and no more updates since then. I now regularly record messages that the poor OTA process and communications are hurting their customer loyalty.
Consider yourself "lucky", I am "stuck" on 6.2X2 for almost a month. Updates appear to have "stopped." The truck has no issues. Ford needs to square this and be a leader in OTAs and most importantly customer-focused communications on the availability of updates.

Most respectfully - If Ford is trying to be a customer-focused Leader in the industry - they need to do a better job with OTAs, communicating OTAs (or lack of them), and offering a way to get them once they are out if missed.
