    lectron has a Tesla to J1772 level 2 adapter compatible with Tesla high power connectors and destination chargers. $112.00. I have both one of these and NACS plus some adapters for camp grounds. Montana in the winter is difficult. Minus 35 degrees tends to limit your range.

    Other posts are correct all you need is a J1772. As far as chargers go I installed a Grizzl-E Ultimate 48A EVSE outside in Montana. I like the case all aluminum, made in Canada. It has been working great even at minus 39 degrees. About $379.0 right now.

    Yes this is true but people may give up CCS and go with NACS. I am sure software could handle whatever port was selected. I don't think it would be cheap to do however.

    I saw a review on a Lightning delivered to Norway. Part of the conversion for Europe was adding a port in the false door to charge. They did not list the added cost. Might have to search for that review.

    If your electrical panel can handle 100 Amps (required to get 80 AMPS out of the CSP.) it might be worth changing. Otherwise stay with the Tesla. They make a good charger and you are used to it.

  18. Cruise control and speed limit signage

    Well I tried it, Speed limit assist does not change cruise control, onlly the warning. When it sees a sign I just adjusted on the steering wheel and it ignored the signs from the on. Not the best solution.
