I have this same issue and similar circumstances. Truck has been at Villa Ford in Orange CA for 2 weeks with no resolve...

Pushing into week 2 of truck at the dealer, they have no clue what's going on with my truck and how to fix it... Only 400 miles.. Oh well maybe a lemon..

I had the exact thing happen, evening going to dinner with wife, and dark cluster, tried open/close lock unlock, start stop etc no change. Got to dinner, let truck sit, jumped back in and dash working again. less than 200 miles on the clock... Going into dealer tomorrow to check it out along...
