Fixed! I had crimped the connectors incorrectly onto the wires for the connector to the door handle. As a result, one of the wires broke and was only touching when I moved it a certain way. Anyways, I re-crimped all the pins correctly for that connector and it worked! Thanks for all the help...

Reviewing photos I took, it looks like I put two wires in the wrong spots (off by one each) in the harness that connects to the BCM. I'll fix the wiring tomorrow and see if that resolves the issue. Thanks for the help.
