Dealer has to replace the battery HV Module 4. They ordered the part a week ago and still have no eta. I did find an interesting video someone else posted that shows what work is involve. I hope they test every module before buttoning it back up.

It’s both. Corporate won’t help until the diagnostic is run, and the dealer won’t run the diagnostic…. kind of caught in a loop of no one helping.

No updates. Price Ford in Simi Valley CA has had the truck for over 24 hours and still haven't run a diagnostic. I contacted Ford Corporate support and was told that they can't even authorize a loaner/rental until a diagnostic is run. The dealership has no ETA.... I am extremely disappointed...

My 2022 Lariat (Purchased new in February 2023) has a "Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power" alert. I have 13203 miles on it. It stopped charging last night and I had it towed to the dealer. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what was the fix and how long did it take? I appreciate the help.
